All project briefs, engineering calculations, career episodes drafts, and reports shared with us remain your exclusive intellectual property. We implement strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) across all internal consulting engineering reviewers to prevent unauthorized dissemination.

• We never publish, resell, or distribute your engineering documents or reports to third parties.
• Any outcome letters or testimonials showcased on our site are published solely with explicit client consent and with all personal identifying information fully redacted.

3. Financial Security & Payment Processing

MyCDRHelp does not store, process, or retain your sensitive financial or credit card information. All transactions are securely routed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer) utilizing 256-bit SSL encryption.

4. Data Retention & Right to Deletion

Upon the successful completion and approval of your skill assessment review, you may request permanent deletion of your project files from our secure consulting servers at any time by emailing privacy@mycdrhelp.com.
