Expression Of Interest

It is necessary to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in order to be invited to apply for the next visa application

• Skilled Independent (subclass 189) visa
• Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa
• Skilled worked Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visa
• Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) (subclass 188) visa.

We will lodge total 17 EOIs separately. 8 EOIs for 190 visa, 8 EOIs for 491 visa and 1 EOI for 189 visa.

• if client's points are less than 65, then we will not be able to lodge the corresponding EOI
• if the client's occupation isn't in the critical occupation list of a particular state, we will not be able to lodge 190 and 491 for that state
• if as per state laws an applicant can only either apply for 190 or 491 at a time, we will only lodge one EOI for that state and the corresponding ROI

As per client's occupation, we will lodge relevant ROIs too for both 190 and 491 visas.

We will make 17 different email addresses and give the access of accounts to the clients.If the client has less points and they can only apply for 491 or 190 then we will lodge only those EOIs and corresponding ROIs.

Making and Submission of Your EOI

Save Your Details: Begin by saving your information in your EOI. Once saved successfully, an email with your login details and EOI ID will be sent to you.

Add Details: Remember to add all necessary data, including your skills assessment and English test scores. To be sure nothing is lost, save your EOI at every turn.

Send in Your Expression of Interest: Complete the EOI form and mail it. You have the flexibility to amend your EOI at any point if your circumstances change before receiving an invitation to apply for a skilled visa.

Receive an Invitation: When you receive an invitation to apply, you will have sixty days to complete and submit your online visa application.

Finalize Your Application: Finish applying for your visa by uploading all required supporting documentation on ImmiAccount, our digital visa application platform. Submit your application on time to avoid missing out on this important step towards your visa approval.

Before You Start

Make sure that you cross-check your occupation whether it is on the skilled occupation list or not.

The Skilled Occupation list is Australia's list of highly regarded professions that are in great demand. The skill lists that apply differ based on the kind of visa being sought.

Verify if you will reach or surpass the required number of points.

All three subclasses of visas—189, 190, and 491—are point-based. This indicates that you must meet or surpass the 65-point requirement to be asked to apply for one of these visas. You will be required to provide details about your career, academic, and personal history as you complete your EOI. This data adds to your final score in points.

Points are given for things like:

• age
• work experience
• educational qualifications
• English language proficiency.

By utilizing the points calculator, you can easily assess your potential point total. Based on the details you supply in your Expression of Interest (EOI), Skill Select will calculate an approximate points score.

It is not a given that you will be invited to apply for a skilled visa, even if you do fulfill the minimum points requirement.

If you and your partner fall short of the required points, it is advisable to gauge whether they will meet or exceed the minimum requirement by using the points calculator together. If your partner does qualify, encourage them to include you as a family member and submit the EOI as the primary applicant. As a result, there may be a significant increase in your chances of being invited to apply for a skilled visa.
