In general, qualifications accredited or recognised by other signatories are recognised by each signatory as being substantially equivalent to accredited or recognised qualifications within its jurisdiction. Competency Demonstration Report (CDR): If your qualification is either not Accredited or it is from a non-Accord listed country, you are required to use under Competency Demonstration Report (CDR).
The CDR assessment is based mainly on the undergraduate qualification and indicated graduate competencies.
 
Applicants need to deliver documentary evidence of both the core technical engineering knowledge and the demonstrated application of that knowledge in the nominated occupation.
